Sterling Watch Fob w/British Marks

I'm still new to British jewelry, I am looking up the sterling marks, but can't find the marks in this particular order, order is important, right? Anchor/Lion/H
Also marked BCM/WHH. Thanks for any help.

 

Hard to see since the marks are so close to the edge, but does that look like a capital H?

 

If it's a H, that's 1932 for the year. The WHH would be for William Hair Haseler of Birmingham, manufacturing jewellers.

I suspect the BCM is the retailer, as there is no maker's mark in Birmingham with BCM.

Really don't worry about the order of hallmarks, they can be all over the place.
