Looks like it reads Tree Top Tepperman.

 

The T & E are both the same in each....so where do you get Tree top...???

 

You are right it really looks like Tee Top. For some reason, I inserted an R to make more sense ....... not that any of this makes much sense

 

That's an etching? Looks more three-dimensional, like a collage on my screen. I don't see a plate impression?

 

There's a thin line around the image....but you're right it does pop off the paper !!

It is kind of embossed. It is some kind of intaglio print.
