    Ok don’t quite have the hang of this yet. Sorry. I thrifted this a while back. I researched it but could never find anything on the signature. Any info is appreciated.

    Looks to me like a water color artist named "p hoekman" made a painting based on a woodblock print.

    Does this happen to be in Texas? There's a Peggy hoekman water colorist from Houston.

    Yes it’s in Texas I knew it was probably too good to be true. I did read there were many artist who studied under him so I thought maybe.....
