JU ROO? JU ROOB? - HELP WITH ARTIST'S NAME ON PAINTING

    Found this yesterday & liked it so I bought it - now I need help with the artist's signature (again! lol) - Ju Roo? Ju Roob? (is that a # 3 or a letter?)
    Also - is it folk art? (it does resemble last one I bought & posted here asking about)
    It measures 35" x 34"

    This was done by a hobbyists in my opinion. Probably won't find the artist.

    It appears to be a souvenir painting from someone but haven't a clue as to where that somewhere is. What does the back look like?
