We have a Lenci type 20” doll with a mark on the back of her neck but we are having trouble reading it... we thought it might’ve been “Germany” at first but upon closer inspection we’re not so sure. Any ideas or other info on this doll would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We thought it MIGHT be, but there’s something about it that seems like it says something else.? It really could be Germany I guess. Thx!

Nothing on clothes. She’s not felt, but cotton.

the Y looks very art nouveau to me, other than that, agree it says Germany. Could not find a match to the letter style but that might help date it.

it just struck me that the Y would look better upside down; printer type error? just musing.

She's cute.......no matter who she is.

Her clothing is probably worth more than she is........sometimes that's the way it goes...........
