    What are the sizes of these? Is the decoration painted, or decals?

    Yes, plus insurance.I would never use ebay for antique/vintage glass.The seller is on the the loosing side lately.

    Inflation? :)

    Changing almost anything in an eBay listing can improve it's position in search results, even raising the price. I've seen many posts by sellers saying an item sold soon after they raised the price.

    I have seen that occasionally, too. Seems counterintuitive but maybe the change in search result placement has something to do with it.
