Christmas lights help

    what is the correct term of these lights? reflector or starburst sputnik? lol

    I've never seen any like this either. How do the clusters attach to the electric wire? No label or tag on the wire?

    Oh yeah, probably outlawed nowadays by the "Nanny Patrol" as many a kid got poked! LOL! Even worse - the poor kitty that decides to climb the Christmas tree!
    Reminds me of - "You're gonna shoot your eye out"

    You're in the UK, yes? And UK and US electrical plugs are very different as I recall. Does this plug look like other UK plugs to you?

    Starburst is what I recall them being called, 70's or so. I may be off base as there is very little of the 70's I do remember! :cigar::cigar::cigar:

    The lights are called mini-lights, the clear parts are reflectors, 1970s-1980s. You can search using starburst, atomic etc but most show up with just reflectors and mini-lights:)
    they hurt like heck when you step on one, happens every year:)
