That's really nice, is it hand painted?

Czech maybe? Not too old, but pretty.
The costume joolies will know more.

Looks like it. That is what I was going to ask too.

    I was thinking 80's or 90's.

That could be right, but the costume joolies will probably know.

This is ringing all kinds of Sarah Coventry bells for me (my mother, aunt, and grandmother all sold Sarah Coventry)... but it's also possible I just had a similar piece and my memories are mixed. But it's definitely ringing bells.

Not the same, but not far off, here's the Sarah Cov set. There was certainly a matching bracelet, but haven't spotted it. No matter, the setting is different from yours.

The Sarah Cov design name was "Light of the East" -- no bracelet as best I can tell.

    It's a 1968 design.

Was this kind of clasp used in the 60's and 70's? Or you think it is just a copycat design?

Someone else will come along who knows more about clasps.

I suspect the cabochons were A Thing and lots of people used them. Sarah Cov was very much "affordable" and certainly not above jumping on a trend (and/or Being the Copycat). ;)

There is nothing about it that says Moroccan to me. I think the seller has too much Orientalism on the mind. I know the feeling.;)

Some quick googling shows All the Kids are using that phrase to describe a variety of costume pieces.

Don't know the inspiration/origin for the cabs, but the 1960s certainly hit the "exotic East" with the descriptions.
