Can anybody help with title and artist of etching?

I cant make out title or artist. Title looks like "A surrey Coomb" By John.........Pencil signature is really light. Did the best I could w/ Photos. Thought maybe you wizards could help. It's in poor shape and brittle. But really want to know if it's safe to throw out.

    if it's worth anything you'll need to have it de-acidified....the mat is killing the print..

    working on better pictures. Took some better ones with my phone. Just waiting for them to show up in my email. Who would think my phone could take better pictures then my camera!!!

    'A Surrey Coombe' is the title of a painting by Richard Redgrave, which was exhibited at the R.A. in 1861.

    I'm not immediately encountering any other reproductions, so I suppose yours has value in that way.

    The phone camera kind of takes the human element out of the equation. At least for me, that's the case. I have a nice camera but don't have the time to learn how to use it.
