I got this lot from the Goodwill. They put them out in the box they were shipped in by an eBay seller from Santa Fe NM back in 2014.

The alabaster piece is a wolf carved & signed by Tony Eriacho, Jr. with a COA. It is 3 1/2" tall.

The Fetish piece is made from some type of stone. It is 3 3/4" long & is 2" to the top of the ears. Can anybody clue me in to what kind of stone this is & what the things are made from on the back? Anybody know where this would have been made & would it have just been a tourist piece? What type of animal would this have been representing?

The long piece is a lightweight wood. It is 3 7/8" long. Weasel? Tourist souvenir? Unfinished project? Were the burn marks intentional?

The last piece is some type of porous stone & is 3 1/8" long. What kind of stone? Where? Animal.

The wolverine looks like the side was disk sanded to lay flat on it's side, the bottom photo looks like sandstone............. https://www.artistrybynature.com/collections/animal-carving-kits

Click on one of the animals in the link and watch the video on carving.

    Lovely find, Peggy.
The arrowhead is mother of pearl, the other pieces are turquoise and coral. It is a Zuni fetish and most likely Zuni made, a badger maybe?
The arrowhead is supposed to indicate a hunting connection, you see them on Zuni bear fetishes as well. The thought behind it is that animals that are good hunters can help humans while hunting.

As far as I know the old, traditional Zuni fetishes didn't have those arrowheads, and they were added to make them look more interesting.;)
There are many collectors of Zuni and other SW NA fetishes, and these would have been made for them, not for Zuni use.

The wolf is Zuni fetish as well, btw.

I found some that had a similar shape and they were called fox. If it is a fox, it is extremely well-nourished.:playful:

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I've seen that silhouette of the last one before but haven't quite ID'd it. Maybe a wombat? @bercrystal , you could search that and see what you think.
