    I guess it is. They used to make their own pieces prior to 1860 but then went just retailing. Probably no way to figure out the actual maker.

    Not without a maker's mark, I'm afraid. I'm actually a tad surprised there isn't one.

    Thanks. I did not see those.
    The one from the Heritage auction sold not much over the scrap value.
    Can’t see the 1stdibs price but won’t be surprised if it was 3 times more. I find this site ridiculously overpriced.
