Help Identifying a Chandelier

I recently purchased this chandelier, but I cannot identify a maker. I believe the canopy, stem and fitter are American (the switch is Leviton) and date 1920's - 1930's. The shade, however, I think is French but I cannot find any marks on it, yet.
The shade is 14" in diameter and has a 6" fitter. the hanger is 14 1/2" long overall.
Any help would be appreciated.

Agree about the shade being French. Maybe a French fixture retro-fitted for American use?

I don't see 1920's/30's, but 80's/90's.

 

agree. glitzy chromeplated and a would-be Daum shade.
I wonder if someone broke off the filament glass from an old socket ?

 

I am going to disagree with the two opinions above and go with the 30s date. Think machine age late deco period. Suppose such could have been produced on in to the 50s but don't see this as a deco revival piece from the 80s.

 

Could be. There is some rust and dribbling paint so clearly not brand new. But the single screw to hold the globe with the two springs for the other sides doesn't look like 30's to me - I always see three screws on older fixtures. Plus the bulb receptacle, switch and other hardware looks more recent (and don't look replaced to me).
