    Looks like a rather impressionistic Pekingese. Queen Victoria was given one, so maybe we should look to China or England?

    Do the back left legs have repairs or are those some type of mold lines?

    Those human-looking eyes...they kinda give me the willies.

    Looks like a pug to me, would guess German, late 19th-early 20th century - and I would name him 'Groucho'...

    definitely a groucho, my first thought too !

    i think he's quite staffordshire, england looking

    especially with the air hole at the bottom

    maybe 1 of a pair
