Help with a watercolor Landscape

    Hi everyone. I was hoping someone might recognize the location of this painting. Not sure of the signature either. Schlintz or S Chlintz? No luck either way. Thinking it's just a local artist maybe. Thanks for any help at all.

    In what part of the world did you find it? Anything on the back?

    Hi Debora. I found it in Houston Texas. The back is the original brown paper.

    Looks to me like the Canadian Rockies, though Alaska and the Alps are possible too. So that narrows it down for you. ;)
