Can anyone help make out the signature. Hobbyist stuff do you reckon?

Came in some v modern ikea frames..

i would think quick sketches cut out from a sketch book

 

I'm not convinced one way or another of the name and until that's sorted. With just sketches, I think it's tough to judge how accomplished an artist is.

I think they show skill, but that's not much help -- lots of people have skill.

Worth poking at a bit, I think, but finding a matching sig is key.
