    There is an artist named, Arthur Patureau, but his work does not look anything like this. Pen and ink with wash, mainly. So, I don't know.

    There is an American artist named Arthur Patureau, but I do not believe he is your artist.

    I like it too, but I like anything with boats and ships. Must be genetic, several ship/fleet owners among the ancestors.

    Does anyone know which country the white flag with the sun is from?
