This sofa was left in a recently purchased house. I am trying to determine what it is and its possible age or value. Any feedback would be g IMG_2019.jpg IMG_2012.jpg IMG_2011.jpg IMG_2015(2).jpg reatly appreciated!

Looks like a later copy of a Sheraton style. I am intrigued by the coloring, sun faded ?

The velvet appears to be very faded. Its original color seems to be a mauve and is only visible in some of the less exposed areas. I can't tell if it was reupholstered or if this is the original material.

I also think a 20th century example. Maybe 30s-40s. Doubt upholstery is original. If needs reupholstered, value is very low. If serviceable, worth what you can get out of it. Would be under $300.00 here in our Midwest shop. Much less at auction or other wholesale venue. Your market may vary.

I imagine reupholstering that would be rather expensive.
