I have a small wrist and firts just fine but want to be sure it’s not lady’s piece .

You have it there with you, so you know if it would fit a woman or a man. It doesn't seem to fit a bic lighter, we know that much now.

There is your answer.
The style has become pretty classic for jewellery since the Art Deco period. Some people would call it Modernist.

 

Oh then -- style is totally unisex.

 

But I have pretty loose standards about bracelet gender.

 

Originally probably made for a guy, but these days if it fits, it's worn by somebody.
I'd cheerfully wear it.

You don't have any kind of ruler or measuring tape? The size is what's important, my big bony wrists measure 7.25", the maker's site seems to note a size of 18cm on similar type bracelets, so this woman couldn't and wouldn't wear it (I dislike tight bracelets) - if it fits the wrist, then the style is fine for either gender...

I think that is the way with most bracelets now. Men should wear more jewellery.

I'm one of those who always has a small tape measure with me, but have also used the quick approximate 'money' measures: American bill is just a bit larger than 6"x2.5", and a quarter is just a shade under 1"...
