2nd PAINTING FOUND TODAY - BY LISTED ARTIST FELICIANO BAJAR!

This is the 2nd of 3 paintings I found today at my local thrift store. It is by Feliciano Bajar.
Just wanted to show I can find "non factory" paintings & get any thoughts?!

This is what I translated the writing on top edge of back of frame + it's typed after name on paper in bottom corner on back of frame after his name - to a young deer it -- it seems my beloved

Title? Note to person he painted it for?

 

There is a young deer standing near a dreamy looking woman in the painting.

 

IM Translator returns it this way: To a young deer - my beloved stands. I think there is latitude to translate se parece in other ways, maybe more like stops, as in stops & waits quietly, stands arrested.

 

"A un venado joven se parece mi amado." Translates as "My beloved is like a young deer." Believe it's a quote from the Song of Solomon.

Yes. Darn poetry. When you put it as Mi amado se parece a un venado joven, IM Trans gives My beloved looks like a young deer. Makes way more sense. Out of memory, think there is some simile about breasts & roes.

That's who it reminded me of Jivvy! (but I couldn't think of his name at the time I saw it)
