Found today...anyone know what it is?

    Hi everyone! I’ve been distracted away from cleaning out stored boxes of stuff. It feels good to be back at it!

    Found this today. Thanks in advance for any help identifying this. I don’t have a clue what it is!

    That makes total sense, but I never would have guessed! I love this place!

    So, now, where is it from, how old, what metal...guess I could test for silver. It’s heavier than you’d expect.

    No marks that I saw.

    In the photos it appears to be letters under the top rim.

    You’re good and I’m off my game! It’s stamped sterling. No makers marks I can see though. Got out my loupe!
