Chinese Vase - help?

I'm pretty sure this is not worth anything substantial based on the stamp on the bottom of the vase, but being unfamiliar with Chinese art, I would like to verify. Any insight into whether or not this vase is of value? Maybe it's a Famille replica? Appreciate it!

The glare runs right across the writing and I can't make out what it says.
    Can you quote it please?

Part of it says Made in China. 20th century for sure.

Never heard of "Famille Replica." Normally the term famille refers to the colorway and is followed by the color.

New term for me as well.
Wonder if it one of the internet terms that we will start seeing.

That could be. Another one of those things that some clueless person throws into a description to sound erudite and others pick up for lack of understanding.

I think ckcole means a replica of Famille Rose.
It is not a replica of an old vase though, but a very 20th century piece, not great quality. The persons on it are Chinese Immortals.

Maybe I could introduce a new term: Famille Saumon? For one time use only, please don't copy.:bag:

Excuse my ignorance. I wasn't not trying to sound erudite. Just looking for some help from the "experts." No need to be rude.

To give some context, I work for a nonprofit organization and this was part of a donation given to us. I'm trying to determine what it's worth and if we can sell it.

Hello ckcole and welcome - I don't think anyone intended to be rude. We just sort of talk among ourselves sometimes to come to an understanding. We are used to older pieces so there are some elements in your vase that are a bit confusing. In answer to your question: yes, it is salable but only as a decorative, modern item. Here in the US I would suggest under $25 for a quick sale.

@ckcole Please understand that I did not intend to insult you at all. My post was about "some random person" and not anyone in particular - certainly not you. We often see strange mistaken terms on the internet and worry about how many people may have been lead down the garden path by the mistaken information. I see now that I was the one who was wrong in this case. Please forgive me.
