Cityscape painting- Fred Ross...?

Hi all,is this maybe a 70’s painting? Artist Fred Ross...? Not having luck with the surname. I like the little yellow painted wooden frame.

Not having any luck with the name either. For what it is worth, I see Rossound. Tried other variations as well. Painting looks like a typical late 50s-60s decorative cityscape. Have seen factory variations. Not sure if yours is a factory painting or not, as signature doesn't look typical factory.

 

Rossound is a good guess. So hopefully not a factory painting (but still a possibility) But overall nothing special. I found it interesting enough for $1.Thank you for the help for responding it’s appreciated as always.

 

For a buck? Heck yes. Factory painting it may be, but these are back in again. I was at an estate sale today in a one-owner 50s/60s house and the mid-mod bits were flying out the door. Probably not crazy money, but it would sell readily.

And I tried my variation....thinking the next to last letter is possibly an 's'.....I tried cleaning it up near the letters....don't think I did anything to the letters, and DID enlarge 2X.....see if it helps any....I just can't decide WHAT the last letter might be!!!
