Help with artist of 2 abstract? Folk art? paintings - being held for me for 1 day!

    I found these 2 in a small dry cleaners store turned 2nd hand store today. It's run by a nice old Haitian man who I've delt with before, so when I asked him to hold these 2 paintings until I could check here for info on the artists he readily agreed.
    These came out of the same pile I found a painting by Cuban artist Julio Carballosa + a nice bull fighting painting, so I'm hoping these are by a known artist?
    Does anyone recognize the artist of either of these?
    Thank you guys!
    PS - Are these abstract/surreal? Primitive? Folk art?
