Porcelain Figurines - anyone recognize?

    20230406_102844 - Copy.jpg 20230406_141658 - Copy.jpg These have to be at least 50 years old, but I can find out nothing about them. Can anyone identify? They are about 13.5 inches high and the base is almost 5.5 inches in diameter, Thank you

    I am in New Jersey (you?)
    They were in my parents' home. I have held onto them for many years after they passed. No clue where they got them.

    Is the Anchor mark green or black? I can’t really tell. If it’s green then maybe this maker.
