    Possibly Luis Alberto Von Fach ,French artist.

    Maybe L. Vlach?
    (Vlach = Walachian, from Walachia, part of Romania. Also a surname.)
    Of Chilean origin, hence the Spanish-German combination of his name.
    But it doesn't seem to be his style, and he may be a little too young to have painted during the MCM period:

    Hard to find any information or signature on Luis Alberto Von Fach, only that he moved to France in 1980,maybe someone else might be able to help in that reguard.Sorry AJ but still think letter after V is a F not an L and IMO not Vlach.Would put the frame at 1970s/80ish.Would it be possible to get a picture of the back of the painting,it might be of some help.
