Thrift Find- antique cross stitching work

    Recently came across some antique cross stitching work. Was going to hang on the wall when we removed back and found this card in the back.

    I’d appreciate any help on deciphering the handwriting and any information on the piece.

    "A instalation gift for Queen Esther from her mother HOB. 5/25/1939" Don't think English was mother's native language.

    Oh, and that appears to be executed in needlepoint, not cross stitching.

    And, oh again. Your piece would best be described as "vintage" as "antique" is typically used to described objects of 100+ years in age.

    This smacks of Job's Daughters, a Masonic organization for girls. The highest office is Queen, & officers are installed in their positions. Founded in the US in 1920/21.
