    Any thoughts on this stamp or mirror timeframe? Value?

    Simons Brothers, Philadelphia, active 1840-present.
    Value... maybe $40-$60 US, IMHO. Check ebay completed prices for reference. (Brand name doesn't contribute to value, in this case.)
    Yours has an Art Deco feel.
    It really needs a good polish!

    As you can see from this image borrowed from SilverflatwareFashions the impression on your mirror has a small problem.

    Given the design, I think it was made in the 1920s to 1930s.

    And another vote for polishing!

    The positioning of the shield vs sterling is more dependent on the space available than when the item was made.

    I was only pointing out that the S is not complete on your mirror.

    Interesting when two design eras clash -- the Art Deco mirror shape and the earlier, ornate monogram style.

    depends on size, the last hand mirror I scrapped (took it apart) I got $150CDN/$112US for it:)
