Featured M E Wilson Small Painting on Tile

This M. E. Wilson painting on tile is quite small, 4.5 x 7.5 inches, including frame. I found a Margaret Evangeline Wilson on-line, and the few signatures I could see looked
similar to mine, but I didn't see any paintings like this. It was mostly portraits and big florals. I saw a few scenic paintings, but not small, not on tile, and did not really look similar to me.
Any comments about the painting, and any help identifying the artist appreciated.

Was the framed tile found in the UK? I ask because Margaret Evangeline Wilson was British. But AECTO was a US company. Name filled as a trademark in 1912 according to this.

And a request for future postings... Please take photographs of paintings from head on rather than at an angle. It's difficult to determine an artist's level of technique when the work is distorted.

I would think that an amateur work by someone who had yet to master linear perspective.
