Small Red-ware Pitcher, Elegantly Repaired; Where & When Made?

It's 5 5/8" tall, with a 4 7/8" base an' a 2 7/8" rim; weight is 14.5 oz.
The dots in the 2 decorative bands are slightly raised.
What I initially found so appealing was that the repair staples (which are non-ferrous, probably brass) do not intrude to the underside of the handle...and that they are of different sizes; each one custom crafted for that fracture an' its location; the handle drilled in 4 places so as not to intrude through the lower surface, an' then cemented for permanence.
This pitcher was precious enough to a person or family to warrant skilled, tedious, fussy, attention from a (probably) hired artisan. Imagine!
Anyway, can y'all say where it was made, an' roughly when? Its lack of marking, on such a finely crafted, elegant piece of utilitarian tableware, must offer some clue I would think...but perhaps not.

Many of us love staple repairs. And you're right, it is very thougtfully repaired.

Absolutely Pratt, classic form and decoration. All that’s missing is some of the nice neo classical paint and transfer work they did. Christopher Dresser designed for them.

 

Without the timeless Christopher Dresser how much longer would it have taken for Bauhaus & Art Deco to arrive ? Dresser's like JMW Turner-he's an artist outside of time.

Sweet, bosko...but too busy for my humble taste. My Pratt seems to be one of the least-decorated of those shown in TallCakes link...an' I'm doubly fond of it for that comparative simplicity.

 

Dresser's later work is a lot more minimal.The Zen Pratt's nice-and you discovered a piece of Pratt-congrats.
