Featured Cranberry/Ruby glass sugar shaker maker?

    Hello,
    I have this beautiful sugar shaker and I can't find any information about it online. I've done the reverse image lookup and nothing matches. There are no marking on it. Any information is aprreciated.

    Czech cut-to-clear with a silver top?? Creepy face in the bottom, which is a selling point for some.:D Let the experts weigh in for the real story.

    I expected an image search of the base to yield a treasure trove of memento mori jewellery.;)
    Ditto. And search for (tiny) marks in every nook and cranny.
