Posh plate. Maker?

    I have purchased this plate. Looks kind of fancy and quite modern. Decor really is quite nice though. No back stamps or any sort of marks, printed, impressed or otherwise. What might it be?

    Institutional...very far above our heads.
    Part of the commission to design an' produce, say, 100 place-settings of that pattern would have been prohibition of any back-mark ID. Think European Union government in Brussels, or the French Language Police. You have it 'cause even in such an elevated situation...if the kitchen help didn't pilfer it, one of the Exalted Grandee's or his mistress did...an' you're the downstream beneficiary. Nice score!
