Any clock people on here? Hermle

Hello all! I "happened upon" this clock, and in my research it seems to be a Hermle Amelia mantle clock. Paperwork says Hermle Black forest clock.

Value varies, and $800 range seems TGTBT (Too good to be true!)

Is there value in these? I am thinking I'll maybe throw it up on ebay and see....also, theres no winding key, so not surecabout trying to wind it...thoughts??

Ditto. It looks like a nice repro, Hermle probably has/had a 'Classic' line.

In my experience, values drop pretty rapidly on newer clocks after a few years. You do see them online for a fraction of new prices.

 

I don't know clocks but there are some keys on ebay.

I did Google briefly and all the Amelia clocks I saw looked like they have a broader base than the case on yours. Maybe it's just the angle of the photo.

The photo is distorted, this has same measurements as the Amelia
