Czecho Slovakia Cornucopia Vessel; For Beverages? Age?

The rim is ground an' polished, with chamfered inner an' outer edges. ~3 5'8" high, ~3 5/8 foot to tail, ~3 5/16" rim diameter, weight 2 3/4 oz; it's non-UV reactive. Capacity might be as much as 4 oz or so.
I think I recall that the spelling (Czecho Slovakia; no hyphen) is an indicator of a distinct period...bicbw.
The swirls don't show well in my pics, but are very fine an' uniform over the entire outside of the cone.
It was acquired in SoCal in the mid-60's, but that's all I can recall about it. All your comments are welcome. an' thanks for lookin'!

Wouldn't they have been busy with other things during those years?

I'll risk the assumption that you're alluding to the beginning of WWII, Debora...Poland was September 1, '39, an' there was other serious European mischief in the few years just prior. But I can't say whether C-S was part of that.

Maybe supposed to be...but the remnant label shows no hyphen. Thanks for the neat list, crs!

 

That split is generally twenties into thirties, which fits the glass style.
