Featured Help dating a piece .

I came across a similar eagle with a maker "Mottahedeh" but they seem to be modern replicas with markings on the bottom . This one does seem a lot older with amazing detail , and no markings at all . Would be cool to be an original from way back . Any help , I would really love . Thanks!

    Sometimes Kerim,being 'bargain conscious' as we all necessarily are-we lose out on something really fine (mea culpa-guilty !). This time you stepped-up.$125 is a good-sized wager,IMHO it was a sensible bet.Time will tell.

    yeah congrats its a great piece and $125 isnt peanuts to splurge but a wise purchase
