Featured Small Oddly Charming Shallow Bowl: Where From, an' by Whom?

    It's 5 1/2" diameter, ~1 3/8" high, with a 2 3/8" foot ring; weight is 8.2 oz.
    I get the Hand-albeit as being Germanic...but this doesn't otherwise shout German to me. It appears to be as new as today...but that might mean as old as the 70's or 80's if as it looks to be, it's unused. Nary chip or scratch to suggest wear, at all. The signature will be key, if anyone can read it. As always, thanks for lookin'!

    Handarbeit, German for made by hand, literally handwork.;)
    It looks like some of the pottery that was made in my region in the southeast of the Netherlands, and also by a group of potters just south of Nijmegen, both not far from the German border.
    Maybe this is from the border region too, only just on the other side of the border.
