Featured Hand blown glass candle stick

I grabbed this earlier. It looks to be hand blown. There is a bulb under where the candle sits which seems to be full of wax. It's about 20cm tall.

 

Egyptian, I suspect.

It’s very like the scent bottles made there.

 

I guess they have lots of glass ingredients there.

Unfortunately that is an ambitious asking price for an Egyptian bottle. I can buy 3 of those for 10 euros, which is a shame. These pretty bottles are grossly undervalued imo, probably due to the massive production.

 

Thought it might be a bit inflated. I paid £5.50 but nevermind. I was hoping it was Murano or such like.

 

I must say, I only know the prices for the scent bottles. I have no idea what a reasonable asking price would be for a candle stick.

 

I have a feeling that it would be similar.

no.....the blue and gold is very strong, and the design flows nicely......
I couldn't find another with that wavy skirt addition...

 

Me neither. Thanks for trying. I'll just list it as Egyptian and see what happens.

 

It's really pretty glass, very delicate and the colours are lovely.
