Featured Playskool truck

Found this today at a garage sale for not much. It's good size: 16" long and 6-7" wide.

Can it be, could it be, is it even possible, that all the original pieces are here?! I count 22.

I can't find any similar online, so any help will, as always, be truly appreciated.

Great toy-sounds like a research project for the Playskool FB Group.Def looks like a 1930's logo.

 

I'd think 1930s from the logo and muted color palette. Great condition. Later examples with same logo are painted bright primary colors.

I assume that the steering wheel was an early feature, and later removed to save its cost.

 

That steering wheel is another part I would expect to be possibly damaged--- children aren't always careful with toys. The condition on this one is impressive!
