Is this piece Adams Architectural ceramic Pot?

    It seems to be but there is no mark on the bottom...it is clay on the inside and bottom with a ceramic glaze....it measures 10" tall 12" wide and

    I'm not certain if all his studios pieces are marked or not.You might email the gallery or artist.

    It seems Adams Pottery was sold to Wedgewood 1n 1966 so I'm not certain who I could contact

    Hi, Thom. Welcome to Antiquers.
    Adam Ceramics USA was a California company. Note that it is "Adam" without an "s" at the end. Be careful in searching using the plural of Adam...you'll get results that are not what you want. "Adam Ceramics USA" employed John Follis who also worked for "Architectural Pottery," but the two companies are separate.
    BTW, I don't think your piece is Adam Ceramics USA, but I like it a lot!!!!

    John Follis - "ADAM Ceramics" USA - "Architectural Pottery" USA. John Follis designed for the two companies above.

    Take care, you are looking for ADAM Ceramics, not "Adams Pottery". Adams Pottery is a completely different company not associated with any of these modern architectural planters or John Follis as far as I can tell.
