Hebrew help - Israeli pendant

This turned up in the bottom of a "junk" jar. The pendant is shaped like a bullet but it's a solid hunk of brass. The only way it could hurt someone would be if you used the chain to whang it into someone. Probably a souvenir piece. The top bit is a tank, and what's under it is Hebrew...but what it means if anthing I don't know. It wants to be "Sharia"..which makes little sense. And Shalom it isn't.

It's safe - solid metal. Probably made 30 years ago.

There is is! Thanks. Somewhere in my area is a former tanker who'd appreciate it. If it had an Ordinance logo I'd keep it myself. My late father spent his time in the Army as EOD - bomb disposal.
