That looks like Cyrilic. Could it be Russian?

I believe so. I have no idea where to look for that mark. It is very well done. Google lens is no help.

Maybe. Do the Bulgarians make pretty-pretties like that? The roses would make sense.

I associate that shade of blue on porcelain with Russian work, but I have weird associates, so...

They do like pretty china. Old country roses sells incredibly well there.

@Sdcookie2 There is no Russian mark like this.
And kind of "bouquets" are more European. Maybe Bulgaria, maybe Greece.

The letters are kind of "sharpy". It looks like Greece's writing .

Here I am :) (the member from Bulgaria). I will do my best although I cannot be very helpful in this case.
I have never seen such pattern and colors on BG porcelain. We do have or used to have porcelain production of desent quality though, and I haven't seen all of it but all BG porcelain bears the mark of the manufacturer and I know them - they are 3 or 4 in total. It looks like art&crafts item and the mark looks like the initials of the artists who made it.
But the mark looks to me Greek, as Wanttoknow mentioned, the letters exist in both Greek and Cyrillic but the color and the way of writing somehow do not look Cyrillic to me.
    Definitely not Russian.
