Mexican clay pot with burn marks ,and ideas

    My guess is Mexico or any number of countries in Central or South American. Most probable is Mexico. The burn marks are from cooking or could have been in the original firing of the pot???? Guessing here, but have see plenty of pots with the burn marks on Mexican utility pots.

    the white glaze /paint goes over the burn so i'm guessing also that it was in firing pretty small for cooking and no wear and tear anywhere had some dirt/mud and hay it smell like in it when i burned it just a sec ago lol
