Swastika9whirling logs) heavy pewter bowl

Heavy white metal(pewter?) bowl very crudely cast(sandcast..I believe) Very old and heavily tarnished.About 4.5 inches diameter. Estate find with several native American antique pots. Anyone know of Native American pewter items and how old this might be?

      Hi,
This might sound strange but you may be looking at a Japanese piece.
The size and style do not look Germanic but more Asian and the swastika is the emblem of the municipality of Hirosaki in Japan.
I need to see a good photo of the back and side of the bowl to get a better indication.
I hope i have been of some help.

      Vincent.....

This is the ancient Hindu symbol, not German
