T Cole oil painting

I’m really new to this and trying to figure it all out

There are numbers on the back of the frame. Do they mean anything that might help me discover the true artist?

likely not..those would be from the framer...

Show this on the Art Forum.....along with a close up of the signature in the lower right corner....
Clear shots please.....& if they are too big...or over 1MB....email the pics to yourself and that usually makes them a small file size..so u can post them...
