I’ve always liked older items of good quality. We live in a brick house that’s 116 years old with almost all original woodwork and plaster walls. I like to find old furniture and antique tools at local auctions and garage sales. My preference is for items that are useful and beautiful and I feel older items often have a lot of life left in them.
