Asian plate with seal script mark. Need help identifying & maybe ballpark value.

Found this at a Midwest thrift store that looked like part of a nice estate had come in. I know nothing about Asian ceramic and pottery. I asked about the mark on a translation forum. Some debate as to wether it’s a name or words. Could say social morality/public morals. Someone found the mark on another dish/plate but I can’t read what the page says. I guess seal script is used in China and Japan but I assume the plate is Chinese. If anyone knows the mark or anything about the plate I would love to know. It’s absolutely beautiful in my opinion. Not sure if it has any value or not but would love to know ballpark just for my personal satisfaction.

It is Japanese. This is the Yamatoku company mark, your dish dates to early 20th c, the one you found online also, 1920s - 30s I think. The "1750" in the description must be something other than the date of manufacture. I hope noone will ever buy it for that astronomic price.

You nailed it! Thanks for the info. Looks like people are asking $30-$150ish for most of their plates. Not many buying for over $30 if at all. I just loved the look and couldn’t leave it there.
