Tribial wooden african statue/ touristware ??

It's a swet statue of 15 cm tall and 9 cm wide (widest point) lightweighted. (110 gr)
    Its decorated with shells, beads stone glass or organic ones?
    I would love to know more about it. Any info is much appreciated

    It is in the style of an ibeji, a type of figure made by the Yoruba of Nigeria to represent a deceased twin. Here is some additional information and other examples -

    Yours appears to be a modern carving, and most likely never used in the traditional way. Here are some others currently being made for sale -
