Tribial wooden african statue/ touristware ??

Bought a few years ago from a shop because it intrugued me. It's a swet statue of 15 cm tall and 9 cm wide (widest point) lightweighted. (110 gr)
Its decorated with shells, beads stone glass or organic ones?
I would love to know more about it. Any info is much appreciated

 

It is in the style of an ibeji, a type of figure made by the Yoruba of Nigeria to represent a deceased twin. Here is some additional information and other examples -
