Featured Tumblers with an interesting Cutting please help identify

I don’t usually buy wheel cut glassware but these tumblers were just too interesting and I’m a sucker for a pretty Tumblr. They stand about 5 inches tall they will cut with a bird of paradise I believe and some butterflies. I was wondering if anybody can help identify the maker or the cutter. They were just too sweet to pass up for $1.50 each.

These are gorgeous! I've seen similar several times but have never been able to find out who made them so I just stopped trying. You got a very good price on them.

 

I watched an episode of Time Team where their artist in residence, Victor, hand cut this type of design into some glasses. Quite a feat!

 

That's what intrigued me about them. The decoration is so well done and you don't see that often. Especially with birds and butterflies. Years ago I had a similar tumbler with fantastic cutting like this. Somebody ID'd the cutter for me and he was a very famous cutter. I was able to sell that for a HUGE profit. This reminds me of that work.
It may have been ID'd back on the old Ebay boards. But I can't for the life of me remember the name of the artist.
