Featured Any Info on Beautiful Asian Vase

Hello, I recently picked up this beautiful vase at a Goodwill and wonder if anyone can provide any info on it (timeframe, maker's mark , composition, etc...). It's 12 inches tall and 12 inches wide at its widest point and has a gorgeous floral design. I looked online and found similar vases, but nothing exactly the same. It has a crackled appearance, but I am guessing that is how it's supposed to be versus a defect or age. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It is Korean celadon, and lovely. They are still making this style, and the crackling is a feature of this type of ware.

Does anyone know the signature on the bottom of the vase? I ran it thru Google translate, but it's too faded.. Asian Vase - Signature.JPG

Not of any use (yet) in finding the meaning, but I think the text should be viewed this way:

You can check this file to see if you can find a match. It is in Korean, but you can use Google translate to translate the entire file. This is not an artist I collect, it is highly unlikely to be very valuable. Remember there are about 200 or more artists in Korea that made works like this in the 1980's 1990s and they can't all be famous. Signatures

    Very useful site :)

    Google translates the text to
    - Baekamyo: Baekam Park Seung-il: 75 Namsan Ye-gil, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk -do / 054-748-1909

It isn't very clear if the text refers to this pic or to the one following the text..
The text above the pic is (according to Google translate):
    - Baekamdoyo Baekam Pottery Kiln: Lee Sang-yeol

I have the same trouble with the file. Look for the hyphen

    - Name of artist
    The photo of the signature
Then written details about the artist like bio info.

Just because I don't collect a particular artist doesn't mean they are not valuable. I don't collect everyone.

So, the pic does indeed belong to the text above it

What confused me in this case, was that there are three lines with a hyphen followed by one pic.
Apparently the site shows a list of makers, but not all have a signature pic.

But based on the Amazon info, and another Japanse site, the Lee Sang-yeol / Yi Sang-yeol info right above the pic, is the one belonging to this signature.

Well that is a fine how do you do. Yes. Great job I think you have a perfect match. I googled the artists name and got a match to a vase across the room for me that has a completely different signature. See https://www.instagram.com/p/DDn58_hR-_q/

Now I have to figure out if I have that one identified incorrectly.

Forget what I said about Gyeongju-si that is for the next artist below the signature in question.

I had seen that vase as well :), but it didn't show the signature

And what Google translates to Baekam, is probably Baegam-myeon in South Korea

Thank you for your good work. I have gone back into my records. The seller is the one who told me who made the tiger vase. They said it was by: ...
    Baegan pottery kiln Yi Sang-yeol

Now I have no good idea who made the work.

I updated my Instagram file for the tiger vase and said the seller told me it was by Lee Sang-yeol however, I have no good idea who it is by. Perhaps the seller made
an error. Or the signature file is wrong. I can find no image in my signature file matching this signature.

Here's a bowl with the same mark as yours, and it also says it's by Lee Sang-Yeol
    upload_2025-6-5_2-7-4.png
If it is the same maker, could it be that he uses one sig (this one/the one on your vase) for items sold on the Korean market, and the other sig for the Chinese/Japanese market?
