Is this decanter bohemian?

I recently got this cobalt blue and gold decanter with matching coridals. Can anyone tell me where this may have come from? The stopper has a T8 mark and a T mark on tge bottom. I'm thinking this is bohemian? Also any idea how old this is?

 

I am not familiar with your decanter but judging by the style I would guess that it is 1960 to 1980. Most likely European. But again, just my opinion.
