Featured Identifying vintage necklace (Louis Rousselet?)

Hello, I have a vintage necklace ressembling coral and jade but I think it's made of glass. It also has a few small transparent glass spacers, and a gold tone "press to release" style fastener. I thought it was reminiscent of Louis Rousselet pieces. Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated, many thanks!

 

I'd be thinking remade by a crafter rather than Rousellet.

 

I agree the beads are glass.

 

Beads are Czech and Rousselet did buy in, but so did many others. I’d put a UV on those greenish yellow ones.

I agree, crafter-made. Rousselet typically used beads with less obvious seams and smoother facets as well as clasps that complimented the design of the necklace rather than simple tubes.

 

Rousselet necklaces are very often on chain (unless they have been restrung of course!)
The clasps usually have Made in France on them

Good point on the clasps. They were as important as the rest of the piece to Rousselet.
